Finančna uprava je v dosedanjih nadzorih ugotovila, da kmetje ugodnosti do takojšnjega nakupa označenega goriva za kmetijstvo (GK) po nižji ceni (zaradi znižane trošarine) ne zlorabljajo, saj tega goriva ne uporabljajo v prevoznih sredstvih, ki niso kmetijska mehanizacija.
