Zakona o pomoči gospodarstvu za omilitev posledic energetske krize – ZPGOPEK v 21. členu ureja možnost delnega povračila nadomestila plač zaradi skrajšanega polnega delovnega časa in v 35. členu delno povračilo nadomestila plače delavcem na začasnem čakanju na delo.
