Obveščamo vas, da je bila 2. 5. 2023 v Uradnem listu EU L 114 objavljena Izvedbena uredba Komisije (EU) 2023/903 o uvedbi preventivnih ukrepov v zvezi z nekaterimi izdelki s poreklom iz Ukrajine. V skladu s prvim členom uredbe je, razen pri izvajanju pogodb, ki so bile podpisane pred začetkom veljavnosti te uredbe, sprostitev v prosti promet ali dajanje v postopek carinskega skladiščenja, postopek proste cone ali postopek aktivnega oplemenitenja izdelkov iz Priloge k tej uredbi s poreklom iz Ukrajine dovoljeno le v drugih državah članicah kot v Bolgariji, na Madžarskem, Poljskem, v Romuniji ali na Slovaškem.
