Revizija se dopusti glede vprašanja, ali je Upravno sodišče ravnalo zakonito, ko je v obravnavani zadevi odločilo, da pravilna uporaba računovodskih standardov pri presoji na podlagi tretjega odstavka 12. člena ZDDPO-2 sploh ni relevantna.
