Uvedba evidenc obračunanega DDV in odbitka DDV – učinkovito orodje za boj proti davčnim utajam

Finančna uprava RS je že pri prvih analizah predloženih DDV obračunov in predloženih evidenc obračunanega DDV in odbitka DDV za mesec julij 2025 prepoznala primere, ko zavezanci (kupci) odbijajo DDV od nabave blaga ali storitev od dobaviteljev, ki ne izpolnjujejo svojih obveznosti iz naslova DDV. Takšni kupci (vede ali ne vede) sodelujejo v transakcijah, katerih cilj je izogibanje plačilu davčnih obveznosti. Finančna uprava RS bo za te primere ugotovljenih neskladnih poslovanj posredovala posebna opozorilna pisma prejemnikom ter izvedla nadzorne postopke.
