Spletno plačilo neposredno iz eDavkov omogoča enostavno plačilo vseh davkov skupaj z enim plačilnim nalogom. Ta možnost plačevanja je zaenkrat na voljo za uporabnike NLB klika in Bank@Net. V oktobru je bilo na ta način izvršenih že več kot 1000 plačilnih nalogov.

Pravdno sodišče ob odločanju o utemeljenosti zahtevka za plačilo odškodnine zaradi izgube na dohodku, ne bi smelo odšteti zneska akontacije dohodnine, ampak bi morali tožniku prisoditi celoten znesek odškodnine zaradi izgube dohodka. Toženka bi nato ob plačilu sama odločila, po kakšni stopnji bo obračunala akontacijo davka, tožnik pa bi lahko, če bi menil, da je bil plačan previsok davek, uveljavljal pravno varstvo po ZDavP-2.
