Uvedba skupin za DDV in izdaja ter uporaba številka EORI

Od 1. 1. 2026 se uporabljajo določbe Zakona o davku na dodano vrednost – ZDDV-1 glede skupin za DDV. V skladu s 6. odstavkom 137h. člena ZDDV-1 člani skupine za DDV uporabljajo identifikacijsko številko za DDV skupine za DDV v transakcijah z osebami, ki niso člani te skupine za DDV.
